It's a very good experience to stay at Grand mer hotel, staffs are courteous,nice and friendly,accommodating,except for the pool that I didn't know it's not available for me to enjoyed at. Pricey, but I love the ambiance inside and out, and I hope they make amends about their airport shuttle pick-up program, especially upon arrival in the airport very important factor for the new arrivals in the island.

The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed our stay here. It’s up on a hill so the view was great. They have a small take out menu that was really convenient after a long day out. Cute gift shop. We requested a crib for our stay and they loaned us one for free. Would stay here again.

The beds were comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. There is a microwave, laundry machines, vending machines, ice machine. Close to American Village, Camp Foster, Kadena. Lots of parking. Indoor pool.
